Happy Birthday, Savanna!

Our little baby is growing up! Savanna turned 14 last Saturday!! It was a really fun day, and I think she had a blast. :)

Even though she could have slept in, her brothers were too excited to give her their presents. Benjamin gave her about a dozen colored bobby pins that he had been secretly stealing from her bathroom drawer for who knows how long. She was very grateful to get them back!

Bradley made her a nice card and gave her his last dollar. He has been checking the mail every day for the past week looking for birthday cards for Savanna. He was very concerned that people forgot about her, and he wanted her to know that he had not forgotten.

James and I gave her a bunch of make-up, a make-up bag, and mirror. She was very excited. Now let's hope she gets the hang of it quick! Lately she's been going a little crazy with the purple eye shadow. Kind of looks like someone clocked her-twice. :)

I made her a big breakfast, and while I did my workout she watched her new favorite Disney flick "Tangled" with her siblings. Then Auntie Heather arrived to dye her hair blond, give her a make-up lesson, and take her shopping for dresses!

James arrived home in the late afternoon, and we all met up at Chili's for her birthday dinner. They took FOREVER to bring us our food and totally screwed up our order, but fortunately everyone behaved and they brought Savanna a huge, ice cream shake (to go) for free!!
