The car was a little cramped until we dropped Savanna off. She was on her way to Utah for 5 days to see General Conference, our bi-annual church conference, in Salt Lake City. We have heard from her a couple times. She is having a blast, bought some great souvenirs, met an apostle, and was able to go to 3 out of the 4 sessions of conference- not too shabby!
We first headed to Palmdale to visit my family. The boys love it there. There are cats and a dog, cable television, good food and, of course, Grandma, Auntie Marsha, and Uncle Greggy, the human jungle gym! We had a great time. We did do some geocaching, hit up the mall, watched oodles of cartoons, and enjoyed each others' company.
Bradley is always sad when we leave family. When we got home he prayed that Grandma, Auntie Marsha, Greggy, Riley (the dog), and Debby (aka Stubby, the cat), wouldn't miss him too much. :)
Next stop was my little niece Sofi's first birthday party! She was a doll as always. She was a little overwhelmed, but loved her cake and all her presents! Happy Birthday, Sofi- we love you!!
Ben loved this bubble maker. I think we'll need to invest in one of these!

Pin the tail on the donkey...can you guess who didn't win??

We also got to see James' gorgeous niece Aubrey. She is almost 6 months and is one of the happiest babies I've ever met! She just smiled for two straight hours!
Seriously, is she not perfect?? We have the cutest babies in our family!!

Sad we couldn't work out a get-together! This getting older w/ families thing makes it tough!
