Friends of ours from church, Brother and Sister Smart, own their own optometry business here in town. They called and asked if Brad could star in their next local commercial. We filmed it today, and Bradley did great! He played "Dr. Bradley" and had to examine a patient's eyes and tell everyone about Dr. Smart's business. He was too cute. They even let Savanna and Ben cameo as customers as well. :)
Bradley made his own eye chart to use in the commercial. We have been studying eyes and eye doctors this week to prepare him for his role.The Shoot:

These were Ben's favorite pair of glasses. He thinks he looks "awesome" in them- and he does!

Bradley's gift for being in the commercial was that he got to keep the whole doctor costume- he loves it. Sister Smart told him he could share this with his brother. Brad said he'd have to think about that...I think I already know the answer!Ben trying on more glasses:
Savanna discovered that she looks really good in glasses too. She's the only 12 year old who is hoping her eye sight fails so she can get a pair of glasses!
It will take a couple weeks to edit and be on the air. Since this is a local commercial, I will upload the video on my blog for those out of the area!

Your kiddos are adorable! Savanna would be so proud of my garden efforts this year. You can make your own eye charts if you go to vsp.com. I'm pretty sure that is the website. I made some to pass out to my primary kids. Savanna does look cute in glasses.
